Quality nylon belt designed for Manual Traction techniques whereby a very specific and controlled distraction force is applied to the spine or joint in order to alleviate pain or compression.
It can help with the ‘pinch’ of a herniated disc or the compression that occurs in an arthritic knee. Can also be used for stabilisation during treatment with Mulligan techniques.
These belts are frequently used in NAGS and SNAGS courses on Mobilisation with movement and by therapists in their clinics.
